Our Facilities
We currently operate a Leather Interior supply and installation service at
Portbury Docks for a leading Japanese marque, and are in talks with 4
other manufacturers who use this Import Center. This experience
means that we fully understand the requirements of an importer and
are in a position to offer a total solution to a Manufacturers
desire to offer Leather Interiors on their product.
To ensure that it is not only our systems that deliver total customer
satisfaction, every employee of Transform has recently completed
a “Customer Relationship Building” Training Course.
This trained our staff to understand the importance of delivering
unbeatable Customer Care at every contact, covering a spectrum of
relationship building criteria from first impressions to after sales
contact and teamwork.
A brand new factory opened by the country's Trade Minister last year
and covering an area of 66,000 square feet, our factory in Kluang,
Johor, Malaysia is a state of the art production facility employing
over 250 local workers.
The factory manufactures high quality, full leather vehicle
interiors from carefully selected hides to the finished bespoke
product, matching exactly the original specification.
Such is the expertise of the factory staff that they have been awarded no
less than 4 internationally recognised quality certificates.
